Inspiration Services
Our aim is to reduce serious mental health issues in later life by supporting children and adolescents suffering with mental health and emotional/wellbeing issues.
What to Expect
After you have sent us an email to enquire about Inspiration Therapies, we will contact you by phone to discuss our services. We will then invite you to have an assessment either face to face, by Teams or telephone whichever you prefer.
An assessment can last for 50 minutes where we will take your details and ask a lot of questions for us to understand what you are going through to help us identify an appropriate treatment path for you.
ABOUT
Inspiration Counselling and Psychotherapy
Inspiration Counselling and Psychotherapy has been established for 10 years working with schools and colleges throughout the Tees Valley area.
As the demand for therapeutic work has become essential, we have selected experienced, accredited therapists to come together to support children and adolescents who are waiting extremely long periods on the mental health waiting list. This has a detrimental impact on the children's and young people's lives, their families, and their academic potential.
"You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think"
-Christopher Robin
Through talking and play materials, counselling helps children express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This approach can empower children and adolescents to make sense of what is happening in their life and provides them with coping strategies.
